Mohanty Villa, a fusion of modern and luxury that brings a new level of design to life

We believe this villa is a Creative blend of styles a villa fusion of modern and luxury. The intent behind designing this villa was clear - we wanted to create space that would bring a new level of design to life. Attention to detail was the path followed, we took that and built every element present that would belong together and add value by its presence It exudes luxury and elegance in every element present. This bungalow offers every amenity and luxury a house can offer its owner along with new eye for details. To begin with, the driveway leads to the guard’s cabin, entry to the house & garage on one end. The entrance is designed with backlit wall panel and veneer which adds to the richness to the door. On the way up to the raised lawn, moving through the bar, one can see the semi circular water body, that can be seen from the façade as well. The water body feature comprising a full height shower curtain paired with water jets were installed in the staircase well. Etched marble and backlit solid surface grilles adorn the walls while spectacular ceramic tiles laid on the floor give an opulent vibe upon entering. Italian marble contrasted with a linear patterned dark marble. Large reef aquarium was set at the entrance of the living area. Installation of backlit onyx surrounded by linear patterned Tobacco brown Italian marble forms. The backdrop of the seating in the living area. Use of beige, brown and gold hues in upholstery & furniture is offset by a solitary tan hued chaise. An opulent chandelier filled up the space above the center table that perks up the entire space. Use of wallpapers woven by silk threads, linear patterned dark marble flowing in this space starting from the passage, The ground level houses the living & dining areas, a party den to entertain guests, a family lounge where all the members can gather and enjoy their personal space and two guest bedrooms. The 1st & 2nd level s accommodate bedrooms, a home theatre & puja room. The terrace floor has gym with outdoor kitchen & bar for entertaining guests. Brown and beige family is dominant here. Silk curtains add the lovely charm to the suites along with glossy veneers and patterned mosaics. The rooms compliment the personality of the individuals. Using a variety of material in furniture and finishes with a pattern play in Italian marble, fabrics and wallpapers, we created complexity in the space which added that overwhelming feeling to each and every element within the entire space.
