ENGLISH The basic idea was a #fancyofficecampus to create new working and meeting spaces for more than 140 employees. The corporate identity and spirit of Brandnamic were consistently implemented, both in the design and in the selection of colours and materials. The new centre of the building is formed by the expressive staircase, a black steel construction, which leads to the newly designed floor with spacious, openly designed office areas, meeting rooms as well as three fully-equipped flats for employees. Throughout the entire building, great importance was attached to visual relationships between the individual functions and work areas, and the dialogue with the outside space was also intensified. A special eye-catcher is the glass cube "Cocoon" placed in the middle of the room, which can be used for meetings. The extraordinary "cockpit room" was created especially for meetings with the team leaders. Its furnishings and equipment were specially adapted to the workflow of the teams. The centrepiece is the "Auditorium Othmar Barth", which extends over two floors and captivates with its extensive glass facade and a fascinating view towards the valley. Designed with seating steps leading to the lower floor, it offers seating for up to 100 people. The concept of Brandnamic is reflected in the entire planning. No rigid office concept was created, but rather different, innovative working areas and retreats where creativity can be promoted and lived out. Services G22 Projects: 1. ITALIANO L’idea è un #fancyofficecampus per creare nuovi spazi di lavoro e di incontro per gli oltre 140 dipendenti. La Corporate Identity e lo spirit di Brandnamic sono stati implementati in modo coerente, sia nel design sia nella scelta di colori e materiali. Il nuovo centro dell’edificio è rappresentato dall’espressiva scala in costruzione di acciaio nero, che conduce al nuovo piano lavorativo, nel quale si trovano aree ufficio spazioso e aperto, sale riunioni e tre appartamenti completamente attrezzati per i dipendenti. In tutto l'edificio è stata data grande importanza alle relazioni visive tra le singole funzioni e aree di lavoro, intensificando anche il dialogo con lo spazio esterno. Un’attrazione speciale è il cubo di vetro “Cocoon”, che può essere utilizzato per le riunioni. La straordinaria “Cockpit Room” è stata creata appositamente per le riunioni dei team leader. I suoi arredi e le sue attrezzature sono stati appositamente adattati al flusso di lavoro delle squadre. Il centro è l'”Auditorium Othmar Barth”, che si estende su due piani e cattura, con la sua ampia facciata di vetro, un’affascinante vista verso la valle. Progettato con gradini che portano al piano inferiore, può ospitare fino a 100 persone. Il concetto di Brandnamic si riflette nell'intera progettazione. Non è stato creato un concetto di ufficio rigido, ma piuttosto aree di lavoro diverse e innovative e luoghi di ritiro, dove la creatività può essere promossa e vissuta. Servizi G22 Projects: 1. G22 PROJECTS
We want to have a positive influence on our environment and set our sign with special projects.
For us, every project is a challenge and an opportunity to expand our boundaries, to give new expression to our creativity without disregarding the rules of the game. We know that good architecture alone is not enough to make sustainable projects in the long term. Thoughtful organisation and coordination of all those involved in the planning as well as precise control of the companies carrying out the work are a prerequisite for avoiding cost-intensive and time-consuming problems.
