EchelonSeaport™, a 3.5-acre, 1.33 million square-foot mixed-use development located on Seaport Boulevard in the heart of the Seaport District, introduces a new “luxury destination lifestyle” concept to the Boston residential market. With three luxury residential towers above two floors of signature street-level retail, EchelonSeaport features an unprecedented 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor private residential amenities. A center courtyard featuring an architecturally-striking landmark bridge welcomes residents and visitors with its innovative artwork, multi-level outdoor seating, and vibrant programming and activities, all housed under a verdant tree canopy. The world-class architecture, designed by the internationally renowned Kohn Pedersen Fox, showcases a signature stepped-tower design which creates an abundance of premier outdoor terraces for residents. Complementing the wealth of indoor and outdoor amenities, EchelonSeaport sets a new standard for luxury residential service, and redefines connectedness to the Seaport and downtown Boston communities. EchelonSeaport is not just a place to live, but a way of life. 133 Seaport, A Regent Collection, located along Seaport Boulevard, is a 14-to-21 story tiered luxury tower with 255 condominiums that offer Boston Harbor, Seaport and downtown city views, which residents can share with their friends and family in the generous private-stepped terraces cascading down the building; other signature amenities include an elegant, vaulted-ceiling lobby and lounge spaces, a wine room, signature spa, and extensive outdoor amenities, including a waterfall terrace pool, fireside lounges and dining areas. 133 Seaport, A Regent Collection opened in the fall of 2019. 135 Seaport, A Regent Collection, located at Seaport Boulevard and B Street, is a 10-to-21-story luxury condominium tower that offers 192 residences with Boston Harbor, Seaport and wrap-around city and sunset views. Homes include balconies or oversized private terraces. Active indoor fitness amenities include an indoor pool, basketball court, yoga room and a massive fifth-floor terrace with a grand outdoor pool, sun cabanas, outdoor dining and lounge areas for all residents to enjoy. 135 Seaport, A Regent Collection opened in 2020. The Alyx at EchelonSeaport™, a 270-unit luxury rental residence located along Congress Street and Pier 4 Blvd, was completed in the fall of 2020. Renowned New York interior designer Jeffrey Beers is making his Boston residential debut as the interior designer of EchelonSeaport’s signature lobbies, lounges, terraces and amenities. With soaring vaulted ceilings and outdoor spaces, which are tailored extensions of indoor living spaces, EchelonSeaport is a perfect canvas for Jeffrey Beers International’s award-winning, distinctive, luxury residential style, inside and out. The EchelonSeaport condominium destination lifestyle features: • More than 60,000 square feet of premier indoor and outdoor residential amenities, including two outdoor pools with lush landscaping and sun decks, an indoor infinity-edge relaxation pool, a fitness center with an indoor basketball court, a signature spa, two sky lounges, an outdoor dog run and pet spa, and a family play center. • 133 & 135 Seaport condominiums branded by Regent Hotels/IHG as part of their Regent Collection, establishing a five-star, white-glove level of service for residents, and all without the distraction of a public hotel on site. • 125,000 square feet of two-level premium luxury retail/restaurant space located on all four street fronts and around the center public courtyard, establishing EchelonSeaport as a luxury retail shopping destination for the Seaport and the City of Boston. • A 19,000 square-foot center landscaped courtyard open to the public, featuring active programming with a variety of seating and gathering areas, as well as covered and open walkways connecting the courtyard in multiple directions to surrounding pedestrian walkways and the neighborhood’s larger retail district. In approaching the three towers with different attitudes, we believe this development will be attractive to a wide range of people who all share an affinity for design, modernity, and good quality of life. Whilst each tower’s DNA can be seen to represent a different audience, we believe the aspirational will also be seduced by the style and offerings that the lifestyle of the building can afford these people. As each of the three towers appeal to different attitudes, we wanted to ensure that the three pools also spoke to different interests and tastes. The pools were also designed to be communal and inviting spaces that each offered a unique experience. The first outdoor pool echoed the design and lifestyle of Tower One; the overall look is grand, elegant and suited for someone who enjoys their free time. In line with Tower Two, the indoor pool’s design is modern, sleek and functional, and offers accessibility, convenience, and style. The second outdoor pool reflects the younger communal spirit of Tower Three, and is specifically designed to be a place where families with children of all ages can gather, relax, and safely socialize and play together. A first-of-its-kind for a residential community, the Echelon Innovation Center houses the Echelon Club which is a private members-only lifestyle club featuring high-tech collaborative elements and programming developed by some of Boston’s leading academics, businesses, and incubators.
