1. Project overview: The expansion project is located in the new campus of No. 1 Yantian Road, Yantian District, Shenzhen. The east side is close to Shenwai Avenue, the main road inside the campus, and the surrounding site has convenient transportation and superior landscape environment.The site is located in the southwest of the high school campus, covering an area of about 10,000 square meters, with the library and planetarium to the north, greening of the mountain to the west, and the dormitory building of Metro Line 8 to the south.The school adheres to the idea of building a harmonious campus culture atmosphere and persistently carries out educational and teaching reform. On the premise of satisfying the teaching function, the design should be beneficial to the healthy growth of students' body and mind, and provide a safe place for teachers and students on campus.
2. Project introduction: The base presents a triangular terrain status of "high in the west and low in the east", with a total height difference of about 18 meters between the east and the west.In order to fully respect the current natural conditions and carry out planning and design according to the situation of the mountain, we introduced the design concept of "human text" into the design of the project, and the architectural form is evolved from the character "human" in oracle bone inscriptions.The design hopes to pay attention to the perfection and all-round development of personality and ability. Any design is a creative activity space to meet people's needs, so that the building serves human beings and creates a comfortable and beautiful teaching environment for teachers and students.
3. Innovation/demand of the project: The project land area is small, the building volume is large, and the block is divided into different functional areas according to the required functional area;The large space is used as the bottom, forming a number of platforms with different elevations; The main teaching rooms are stacked on top in a U-shape;The U shaped north block is twisted, and the south side is pushed and pulled down to form a lively and clever building shape.Through the processing of interspersion, dislocation and other Spaces, a variety of public activity platforms are created, and ultimately a building with rich levels is formed. 4. Design challenge: The height difference of the land itself and the connection with the surrounding campus buildings at different heights have become a difficult problem for this design. The designer closely combined the building with the existing mountain to form the design of multiple ground floors: the entrance and exit of the multi-functional lecture hall are connected with the roads in the park on the first floor;The entrance and exit of the library are connected with the green roof of overhead parking to form the second first floor. The platform is connected with the knowledge bridge to form the third first floor; The fourth first floor is formed by the road
