Magnificent Residence is located in the main urban area of Hangzhou and is the most important place for urban renewal. It is a modern housing project combining living health conditions, technology and architecture, with a land area of 26865 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.4, and a green area ratio of 30%. It is expected that it will provide better quality and healthier living conditions for more than 500 families, and will also improve the living environment and infrastructure of the surrounding old communities. The design takes human needs as the core element of architectural design, and pays more attention to the experience and happiness of residents. With reference to the WELL Healthy Building Standard, the design comprehensively covers WELL's ten major systems: air, water quality, lighting, comfort, mind, nourishment, fitness, acoustic environment, materials, and community. The design uses new technologies and new materials to achieve sustainability and green energy saving in residential buildings.
The façade of the building adopts ultra-thin design in Bezel-less way. The outer frame of the building is reduced from the normal 500-1000mm to 20-150mm, and the indoor window frame is reduced from the normal 60-120mm to 10-15mm, which achieves a larger window-to-ground ratio and increases the sunshine lighting. The lighting transmittance of the window is controlled at 45%, and the crystal gray glass is used on the inside of the window to finely control the reflectance, so that the owner can enjoy full privacy while enjoying natural light.
Magnificent Residence is equipped with MERV16 high efficiency fresh air filtration system. The air volume is 1.5 times the international requirements. It filters PM2.5 and PM10 with an efficiency of up to 99%, so the air stays indoors for no more than 200 seconds.
The color temperature of the bedroom light source (except decorative lights and special function lights) is controlled at 3000K, which does not affect the production of melatonin and is beneficial to sleep.
All water outlets in the room are equipped with an efficient water purification system, which can effectively filter and filter impurities and bacteria, thereby ensuring the safety and quality of drinking water.
The project's research on sound environment includes internal and external parts. On the one hand, double-layer insulating glass is used to isolate outdoor noise well, making owners quieter and more comfortable indoors. Outdoors, various plants in the community can prevent noise from external roads.

Through combing and integrating external factors such as noise, sunshine, and landscape resources, the most reasonable building layouts is obtained. The façade of the building adopts ultra-thin design in Bezel-less way. The outer frame of the building is reduced from the normal 500-1000mm to 20-150mm, and the indoor window frame is reduced from the normal 60-120mm to 10-15mm, which increases the sunshine lighting. Comprehensive analysis and in-depth design of light, air, water, comfort and mind aspects, and the testing data have reached the WELL-GOLD standards.
