Structure
The outer walls, including retaining walls, are impermeable and self-waterproof reinforced concrete (impermeable grade P6). The internal walls, except the reinforced concrete walls, are 100mm or 200mm thick masonry constructed with autoclaved aerated concrete (ALC) blocks. The strength grade should not be lower than A5.0 The white concrete (impermeable grade P6) shall be used for the hollow roof.
As for all the rooms with water, such as toilets and water tanks, a C20 fine aggregate concrete base, with a height of 300mm and a width same as the wall was poured before the masonry of the partition walls. All the reinforced concrete walls in this project are white concrete walls, which shall meet the technical requirements of JGJ 169-2009 "technical specifications for application of white concrete".
Curtain Wall
A Low-E insulating full glass curtain wall system was used for the curtain wall. The thickness of gas layer of the glass was not less than 12mm. The performance classification of the curtain wall conforms to the provisions of GB/ t21086-2007, the national standard for curtain wall of buildings, which include wind pressure resistance no less than grade 3, water tightness no less than grade 2, air-tightness no less than grade 3, heat transfer coefficient of the transparent part of the glass no less than grade 6, and air sound insulation no less than grade 2.
Laminated safety insulating glass was used for glass daylighting roof. The thickness of a single piece of glass shall not be less than 8mm; The thickness of insulating glass gas layer was not less than 12mm; PVB film thickness of sandwich glass was not less than 0.76mm. Physical properties of glass daylighting roof include bearing capacity no less than grade 3, water tightness performance no less than grade 3, air-tightness no less than grade 6, heat transfer coefficient of the transparent part no less than grade 4, and sound insulation of air no less than level 2.
