Residenze - abitazioni
Beautiful position, sensational view above valley and city are the main ingredients of this „single family home“ concept.
Organized on 2 floors there are places to meet and places to retreat for all 6 members of the family.
The concept can also be seen throughout the choice of material in the interior design.
Furniture, we especially designed for the building, like a 6m long wooden table, wall cladding with american walnut wood, italian travertin stone as well as surfaces out of Alcantara and japanese linen emphasizes the modern and at the same time comfortable living experience.
We developed a house with a high requirement for communication and representation on the one hand and the need for comfort on the other hand.
The private rooms are located at the top floor. Those rooms are positioned around a small atrium.
Kitchen, Livingroom and Media rooms can be found at the garden level. Mostly without any partition walls we were able to guarantee a great view from each position. The side rooms are located on the hillside part of the buildings’ garden level.
The construction is topographically as well as typologically motivated. Almost unvisible steel columns carry massive concrete slabs and emphasizes the direction of that concept.
All those individual arrangements verify the plot, its unique charateristics and the individual needs of the inhabitants.
