Course DescriptionThe course examines a new, elegantly designed residential tower situated along the High Line, a prestigious urban setting offering spectacular views. The architects set out to create a harmonious relationship with the adjacent park while maximizing the square footage of the building. The project meets residential needs, giving particular attention to blending a pleasing aesthetic with functional efficiency. The course describes the new building through images and technical drawings, and provides construction details of the structure and finishes, explanatory legends, and an introductory text.
